Lady Kima is a licensed certified public accountant with 18 years of experience in finance and accounting of which 12 years are in the construction industry. Lady Kima is responsible for Bernards Holdings and its subsidiaries’ financial reporting, accounting and audits while providing comprehensive oversight for the accounting and finance department. As the Chair of the Bernards ESOP Committee, Lady Kima oversees ESOP administration and communication. Lady Kima maintains trusted relationships with bankers, technology consultants, appraisers, and lawyers and effectively partners with operation executives, project teams, and all support departments.

Active as an industry thought leader, Lady Kima is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and Employee-owned S Corp of America (ESCA). She also serves her community as a member of the San Fernando Advisory Committee for the non-profit organization Chrysalis and is a member of the board of directors for the Valley Community Healthcare (VCH) Foundation.

Born in the Philippines and raised in Los Angeles, Lady Kima holds a BS degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
