Charles Frazier is a senior vice president and team leader with the Entertainment & Sports division Group at City National Bank. Based in Beverly Hills, California, he and his team provide customized financial and private banking services to professional athletes, business managers and executives within the sports and entertainment industries. Charles is a thought leader in the College Sports/NIL space and is passionate about educating and guiding sports and entertainment professionals to achieve their financial goals. In 2021, Variety Magazine recognized him as a Top Deal Maker. He has been a featured guest on multiple sports industry panels and leadership programs.

Charles has over 20+ years in the banking industry and has held various leadership roles at City National. Prior to that he was a commercial loan underwriter and commercial relationship manager for US Bank and Comerica Bank.

Mr. Frazier earned his Master of Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business and holds dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Tennessee.
